とても魅力的で、フレッシュなレモンとピーチ、またグレープフルーツのアロマもあります。優しいミネラル感もあり、新鮮さが印象的です。味わいもとても滑らかで、エレガントなフレーバーです。石、スムースなテクスチャー。ビスケットやピーチのフレーバーもここにあります。今が飲み頃。

生産量は本当に僅かで、250ﾀﾞｰｽのｼｬﾙﾄﾞﾈと75ﾀﾞｰｽのﾋﾟﾉ･ﾉﾜｰﾙのみです。ﾋﾟﾉ・ﾉﾜｰﾙはそのうち20ﾀﾞｰｽを5年間水の中で熟成させ、他の10ﾀﾞｰｽを比較するため残してあるので、40ﾀﾞｰｽしか販売されません。
